We need 5 KG of olive to make 1 L of love oil

      OIL PRODUCTION
           We're hand picking olive frut from October to February,
           and with pneumatics too.

           CLEANING : with cold water.
           GRIDING : with crushers.
           MALAXING : get the paste uniform to make the extraction easier.
           The paste T° has to be less than 27 ° C.
           EXTRACTION :The paste is sent in a centrifugal extrator which
           separate the flesh from the core of the olive..

           Centrifugation : The juice, containing oil and water is sent
           in a centrifugal : It become olive oil .      


      The process is only made mecanicly.
         

      There is no chimical product added in this process.
           We produce an olive oil without free acidity ( less than 0,8%)
           for the pleasure of many people

         You can find in our stores lots of locals products; such as olive oil and soap           traditionaly maded in our soap making in Peyruis ( 04).

         This olive oil that we propose you has a pepper taste with picked olives before          complete maturity. We garanty you an unique olive oil.
